How to connect to WiFi

  1. Open your device settings, navigate to connections and Wi-Fi. Make sure your Wi-Fi is turned on. View available WiFi options.
  2. From here you will be shown a list of available networks. Select the name of the venue you’re trying to connect to. E.g. ’Guest Brand Wi-Fi.’
  3. A Web Browser will automatically launch and reveal the WiFi sign in page.
    • If using Android, you may need to check your notifications by swiping down from the top of the screen, then click 'Sign In to WiFi Network'
  4. Follow the instructions on the WiFi portal to be connected

A confirmation page will appear confirming your connection to the internet. You can now browse the web, answer emails and go on social media for free and unlimited time.


Returning WiFi User

Returning visitors will be automatically reconnected to the internet. This will be confirmed when you select the WiFi or when your phone automatically connects, and you open your web-browser.


Returning visitors will have to sign in again after a certain amount of time has passed since their last visit.
